Report No 70 - Hesford Heavy Linkage Winch

Report No 70 describes a heavy duty winch which can be mounted on the three point linkage of a tractor and powered by the PTO shaft. The winch was manufactured by C M Hesford and CO Ltd, Ormskirk, Lancashire.
The mounted winch performed well and the assessors highlighted the ease with which the winch could be mounted and dismounted from the tractor.
