Barford Licol drain cleaner mounted on Short County

No information on this image but suspected to be part of a general demonstration of ditch and drain cleaning machines held by the Forestry Commission circa 1964.
This machine is now mounted directly on a short wide County tractor and the pedestrian operator controls appear to have been placed to one side. See No 3817. However it may still have to be adjusted , started and stopped via the tied off controls.
