Road maintenance in Rannoch Forest – not going to plan
The images were courtesy of the late Sandy Sandilands, Banchory, who spent a short period of his early career at Rannoch.
Perhaps the old Bedford lorry was over loaded when involved in taking the gravel in for road maintenance. Can anyone name the location and the man clearing the wheels?

That's me with Fred MacKay the driver and yourself, Sandy. It was somewhere down on the southside of the loch. Happy days.
