FC Vehicle Livery specification – Ford Transit 120 Van and Crewbus
The documents are courtesy of Alex MacLennan, of Bellingham office near Hexham who was able to save the items from destruction.
The document describes the livery specification as designed by the Forestry Commission Design Branch in the Edinburgh Head Office for Sherpa Van and Crewbus for the whole country with minor variations for the three countries – language variation for Wales and crown variation for Scotland. This may well have been the launch of a slightly new livery design that may have followed the organisational change in the Forestry Commission from Forests to Forest District structure.
This is a small demonstration of all the work that goes into maintaining the life of a well recognised brand with subtle changes incorporated periodically over time to ensure that it runs apace with the passing years.
