Forestry Commission Jubilee Exhibition at Edinburgh Bush Estate 1969
The 128 page programme was forwarded by Brian Duff of Forestry and Land Inverness. The exhibition was a major celebration of the Commission jubilee and featured several hundred businesses, manufactures and companies associated with forestry. The brochure also lists all the events by Conservancy that were held in the various parts of England Scotland and Wales.
The list of manufactures and companies is a walk through manufacturing and processing history reinforced by the pages of pictorial adverts and images of machines and vehicles. Any accounts of being at the exhibition or any of the various events around the country would be very welcome in the comments section below.
