Touchwood project - interview with Finlay MacRae 2007
The interview CD was provided by Finlay’s daughter Donna. Finlay retired in 1984 and the interview took place in his eighty fifth year at his home in Dingwall. The interviewer was Betsy Walling who was an Administrative Officer with the Forestry Commission based in Dingwall.
Finlay describes his early life, born in Edinburgh, but moved to Skye at an very early age. The interview can be listened to via audio link above or browser link below:
