Forwarding with a OSA BM 462 forwarder in the Black Isle about 1978
The photograph was taken by the late Finlay MacRae who was a District Officer in the Forestry Commission based in Dingwall at the time. The images are courtesy of his daughter Donna.
Little information on this and next image which is in the PDF link below. The year is judged to be about 1978 and location is a Black Isle forest. The machine has the name Fountain Forestry on its boom and engine casing and may be an OSA BM 462 but model numbers are hard to make out.
Any further information would be very welcome – please see PDF link below for second image.
