Swipe in Torrachilty Forest – Clearing broom and gorse on boundary

Lovely image of some forestry in action. The narrow tracked machine is most likely pulling a rotary chain flail that is pulverising the bushy vegetation. This could be part of an operation creating a fire break around a plantation. The tractor may be a short wheel base tracked County but perhaps someone will confirm?
The two foresters in their distinctive red collared jackets (one minus the gold crowns on the lapels) are overlooking the scene and operation.
Can anyone name the driver and any of the foresters? Location?

Further discussions with Frank Thom have brought forward two possible names of the forester with the hat - Jonathan MacDonald or A Gibson as both were based at Torrachilty at about this time.
