This item is held in the Forestry Commission archives and is an extensive report on all the areas covered by the Office of Woods, the Crown Forests in UK. This includes details of the timber trade as at that time. Of interest is the description of Inverliever Forest acquired by the Crown in 1907 and all the areas planted with over 2 million trees (page 48) plus an item on employment before and after acquisition.
