Vibrating blade transplant bed undercutter in working trials

Vibrating blades were used to loosen and assist with hand lifting of trees for dispatch for forests but had a steeply angled blade to give maximum lift and disturbance. This tool is moving though the soil with minimum upheaval and may be for undercutting only but difficult to be certain on that point.
Note the two angles dished discs that gouge out strips of soil to allow the undercutter bar ends to enter the ground and space to vibrate back and fore.
The frame appears to be local blacksmith made or modified and is very robust looking. The PTO shaft driving a disc with an off centre connected rod provides the vibration movement.
