George Henderson and Case 1150 front loader
The photograph, via Walter Grant, from Sandy Milne, former Forestry Commission Mechanic whose Land Rover is seen in the left foreground. Sandy managed to drive over 100,000 miles in SMV610F which was no mean feat as a great deal of that would have been over single track public and gravel forest roads.
This is thought to be Sandy with George Henderson driver of the Case 1150 loader who may come from Rannoch Forest. This locality with the initials of DHL may well be Drummond Hill.
Any comments and corrections welcome.

"The other photo of the Case 1150 was taken on Drummond Hill 26/6/69, by Sandy Milne. I first met up with this new 1150 in Rannoch earlier that year, but by the time it reached Drummond hill it had a leaky radiator. I arranged for the Case mechanic to meet me there with a new radiator, which I helped him fit. I was surprised to note how few large bolts held everything together. Caterpillar would have had twice as many." Comment left on 03 January 2022 at 09:12 by Norman Davidson (Website Curator)
