Opening Event on Forestry Commission land
The image is from a photograph collection that was originally stored at Kincardine Forest District.
This event has been difficult to place and time but is unusual in presence of some attendees. Along with school children among the assembled crowd are Jim Cordiner (3rd Left) from Cordiner’s Sawmill Banchory and Ian Francis (6th left in light blue jacket) Area Manager for the RSPB.
It may be that this event is taking place close to Banchory and any ideas would be very welcome.
Also in the image are:
Willie Baird – District Forester Forest Management Kincardine Forest District (4th left close to camera)
Alan Stevenson –Forest management and Conservation Manager for Forest Enterprise North Scotland Region (3rd from right back to camera)
Sandy Sandilands – Forest District Manager Kincardine Forest District.
The PDF is of a group of three people but only Jenny Lynch, Forester Forest Management at Kincardine Forest District can be named. Can the other two people be named?
