Ploughing at the Barracks in Rannoch Forest
The photographs are courtesy of Iain Robertson passed via Duncan Menzies and features a Track Marshall 70 (air filter on left) pulling a single furrow Cuthbertson plough. The tractor registration is SMV507F but driver is not named. Can anyone provide a name? Driver could be Dick Warrier or Jim Sangster.
The attached PDF below shows the rear of the plough and the driver through the rear window but too distant for easy recognition.
Typical Rannoch topography with large areas of flat peat frequently interspersed with morainic mounds and hills.
