Clark of Parkgate Ground Scarifier with twin tines

A good view of the fully equipped Parkgate Scarifier fitted with tines and mole plugs. The discs must have helped prevent vegetation build up on the tine shanks. The machine is obviously owned by the Economic Forestry Group (EFG).

Being a student at the Forester Training School in North Wales I have many memories and photographs should they be of interest. Fellow student Ken Anderson names several of my colleagues but failed to mention Tony Ward who constructed canoes that we used to reach Conway via the Llugy river. Would welcome contact from any of the old school!!

That looks like the plough that Geordie Campbell used behind the new Caterpillar D4E.The outfit was based in Moffat and Geordie lived at Johnstonebridge near Lockerbie.Possibly around 1980.
