Eilanreach Forest – Torr an Tuirc burn crossing – Loch Hourn Section

One of a series of maps and drawings found in old ex military map cases stored in the loft of the Fort August Forest office and recovered by Grant Macintosh.

A road engineering survey and profile drawing for Torr an Tuirc forest access road into the lower part of Loch Hourn section of Eilanreach Forest.

This drawing shows the alignment and profiles for crossing the Allt na Torr Tuirc as a continuation of the previous two drawings. Again this was surveyed and drawn up by Mike Johnson but at a slightly later date of May 1965.
