He comments
'Glentress camp on the green in front of William Brown's house, Forestry Worker House No 3. The building behind was the senior student accommodation hut in the Forestry School period which closed in summer 1953. The children are left to right James Ross Deacon, Christine Deacon and Thomas Deacon. My father stayed at this time in No 2 Forestry Workers Houses Glentress.'
