Peeling round fence posts

A great action image of operator working as he peels a four inch round post on a Cundey debarker. The second man is passing the posts to the pointing saw bench stack. This is a follow on image from Picture No 3222. Also see attached PDF
The photograph gives a glimpse of a well organised timber processing yard (thought to be a Speymouth Forest) designed to maximise the potential from local forest thinnings by converting the timber into round products such as peeled fence posts and strainers. There is no mention of a creosote treatment plant and they may have depended on using their lorries with Hiab hoists to take posts to local treatment works or used mainly larch products. Note the heavy aprons to protect clothing.
Can anyone name these workers and give a description of the processing yard and its location?
