Aigas Forest planting map

The area is on the road south west of Beauly. This is the first new planting map with Compartments that start at No 1 and planting in 1955. It appears to have been a piecemeal acquisition with a portion of the area subsequently sold on. High proportion of Scots pine planted with some areas of Lodgepole pine.
Any further early details and names of foresters and workers would be very welcome
