Caterpillar D7 ploughing felled site

This is thought to be on the Shenval end of Glenurquhart Forest where the D7 is working on ploughing a felled Scots pine site. The tractor number is MGN580L (new in 1973!) possibly driven by Archie Clyne but was at one time driven by Dod Irvine from the East Scotland Conservancy. Willie Lamont is the forester supervising this operation.
A sister tractor MGN581L and FC No 22221 was used by Research Branch staff for many of their ploughing experiments.
