A series of photographs taken at Parkgate Engineering Works owned by the Murray family who manufactured almost all the forestry ploughs from the 1950s through to the 1980s. This photograph taken by George Taylor in 1968 shows an early version of the Humpy Drainer plough complete with S90/-/t head. This version only has the single hydraulic ram but appears to have the full sized beam.
The PDF shows more images of the early Humpy draining ploughs. Does anyone know the name of the man standing below the plough?
