Parkgate universal carriage plough at Naver Forest

Photograph by Andy Neustein taken in April 1966 in some location in Naver Forest possibly in the Truderscaig area. The main focus is on the universal plough carriage with the single furrow peat plough head, hydraulic lifting mechanism and single rubber tyre wheels.
Unfortunately just partially in shot is someone in oilskin wet weather gear who looks a bit like Kenny Maclean who may have the North Conservancy ploughing forestry around this time. Not sure though?
