Finn tree planter on clearfelled site

No details and unknown location but this could be the same machine as trialled out at Speymouth Forest. Note that the PDF shows the site has had shallow furrow ploughing carried out on it and that the planter seems to be running down the shallow furrow. Year is very uncertain and could be much later.
Any details would be welcome.
