TD9 tractor with double mouldboard Cuthbertson

Unfortunately no information with this photograph. The International TD9 tractor is pulling a Cuthbertson double furrow plough with roller packer extensions. The buckets on the top of the plough are possibly for refilling the tractor radiator after draining it down at night to prevent frost damage. Could also to be in the 1960s and possibly up in Caithness and Sutherland with the long smooth flows and hills.

Any help to identify location and driver very welcome indeed.
