The tine head on the Cuthbertson plough frame (FC No S1897) appears to have been made up from a large tine ripper tooth to which has been welded two heavy steel plates to make a landside board and onto that a Massey Harris Grub Breaker plough mould board.
The whole construction looks very robust and could tine down to 60 cms if the beam could drop low enough. The unit is pulled by an International TD 9.
