Benmore Gardens - Formal Garden - near Dunoon

A lovely over view of the Edinburgh Botanic Gardens managed formal gardens at Benmore House near Dunoon. The large house (not in view) was a former Forester Training School. The attached PDF shows a view up nearby Loch Eck, the Sequoia Tree avenue and the road bridge over the river. The year the photograph was taken is not known but certainly after the point when the avenue road was grassed over circa 1970?
