Model Skyline winch Black Isle show
The photograph is courtesy of the family of George Dey. George took many forestry photographs in his forestry career and many are now shown on this web site. Check under ‘Groups’ and George Dey Collection.
Every father’s dream – a model skyline winch to play with and show to the son how it all works! This beautifully made working model seems to be grabbing a lot of attention. The forester with the young boy is Tony Hinde whose main day job was as Wild Life Head Forester for North Scotland Conservancy but was often called upon to organise FC displays at agricultural shows etc.
Does anyone know who made this working model?
