Awaiting Ferry back from Raasay to Skye

This team appear to be awaiting the ferry for the return journey to Skye. The equipment includes tape and office files. The man in the middle is certainly Davie Robertson - Chief Forester Skye.
Is the man sitting down a young John Pargeter? Can anyone confirm this and name the third man beside the FC van. Was there a forester or foreman located full time on Raasay?

Yes it is John Pargeter. Yes there was a forester full time on Raasay, Iain Campbell.

Yes it is John Pargeter, we were at Gwydyr together, the last course to complete there, 1967 to 1969.

The third man is Donald Nicolson, who was the local foreman from Raasay.
