Davie Robertson (Chief Forester) and Hamish Reid (Forester) looking over some maps as they stand in the middle of a relatively recently ploughed area in Waternish Forest with some spectacular coastal scenery overlooking Loch Snizort.
The attached PDF gives another view of part of the forest with abundant grass growth among the ploughing indication a relatively base rich soil.
