Sawn softwood production from GB forests

George has taken some photographs of a forest promotion display at some location not recorded. This particular image shows the huge proportions of imported against home produced sawn timber and interesting forecasts the future as at 2000.
Can anyone provide the actual figures as at 2000 for comparison against the 2000 totals as predicted in 1976?
