Ford Tractor with Hoist and log lift onto lorry

The location and type of hoist on the Ford Tractor has not been specified. The hoist is somewhat similar to the old TICO hoists on the lorries in the late 1960s.
Can anyone name the location, type of hoist or even the people loading the lorry
