Ploughing for planting. The plough is a Caterpillar (with Twenty Two written above it)

The origins of this photograph are unfortunately not described. Partially hidden by the walking man but it looks like a version of the Begg plough being pulled behind a Caterpillar D2. Can anyone say where Newhall Moor is located?
