Bin Forest Forest Worker Holding No3

Ian has submitted several documents relating to his father’s tenancy of Forest Worker Holding No 3 in the Bin Forest, Huntly.
The cover photograph shows the offer by the Forestry Commission to Thomas Bremner of the tenancy of No 3 FWH with outlined conditions. The document is signed by A Watt, District officer based in The Divisional Office at North Silver Street, Aberdeen.
One assumes the previous tenant at FWH No 3 was a Mr Scott who was seeking payment for valuation items he was handing on the next tenant. Can anyone confirm if this was Jimmy Scott?

I can confirm through Donald Scott, as a very young lad the family moved to Insch 1935 to be beside his Grandmother. They left behind his sister Helen married to Jimmy Stewart who stayed next door, better known as the Stewarts of Hillview which (was!) the wooden house across from Ashgrove filling station.
