Open day in 1981 celebrating the 50th anniversary since the forest nursery was started.

The group of children and adults are in front of the 2 (then) Forestry Commission houses, Roseview & Greenacres, within the nursery.
Charles Blackwood (Research forester) is leading the group past the plant lifting machine.
