End of a Deer shoot at Black Corries (near Rannoch Station in Rannoch Forest) to clear an enclosed plantation of deer which were damaging the young trees.

The people standing are:
1. Maurice Magee
2. Unknown
3. Brian Docwra (Tragically shot and killed on a later deer drive)
4. Howard Walton
5. Duncan Menzies
6. Bill Mitchell
7. John Michie

All lived in the forestry hostel at Bridge of Gaur except John Michie whose father was railway signal man at Rannoch Station.
