Duncan says ‘Not sure of location, probably Barracks but could be south of Black Wood, showing 2 Tractors in tandem pulling a Cuthbertson deep draining plough, used to cross furrows and drain lying water - a job previously done manually using rutter and drag.

Are these Track Marshalls?

Yes they are track Marshalls when I started work with the Forestry Commission in 1972 they were there.
I still work with the F.C in Rannoch and Tummel area.
