Culbin Forest tower view point opening in 2008

The occasion is the opening of the tower viewing platform which was the new visitor attraction in Culbin Forest largely built by the Civil Engineering team. Present with MSP Richard Lockhead from the left is David Killer (Head of Forest Civil Engineering), Alan Stevenson (Head of Communities, Recreation and Tourism, Forest Enterprise, Scotland), Richard Lockhead (MSP), Hugh Insley (Chief Executive Officer, Forest Enterprise, Scotland) Ronnie Legge (Forest Civil Engineering Foreman East Scotland) and his wife Sheena Legge.
Ronnie was on the verge of retiring after 50 years service with the Forestry Commission and he and Sheena were invited along as special guests to the opening of the viewing platform.
