Opening of Picnic area in Culbin Forest circa 1975
The slides were originally held by the late Alan Green of Forest Research (Newton) but handed over to Lesley Hutcheson by his widow who passed them onto Forestry and Land Scotland and thereafter found their way to Forestry Memories.
Lesley Hutcheson, formerly of Moray and Aberdeenshire Forest District has been able to provide names from the left as follows:

Mid left – Winnie Watson – Admin Officer Forest Research, Newton
Front left – Mrs McIntosh – wife of 'Doods' McIntosh who worked in Newton Nursery
Back right – not named
Mid right – Sheila French – worked in Laigh of Moray Forest and Forest Research
Front right - Nan Elland – Forest Research Worker, Newton
All on steps leading down to shore line at Culbin Forest. Any more detail and names would be very welcome in comments box below.
