The above image was submitted by Eddie Lebida who took the photograph while undertaking a flying lesson out of Scone airfield and experienced a sortie down the Tay, skirting around Broughty Ferry and around Forfar before returning to Scone.
Can anyone provide details of Tom Meldrum’s nursery and its history?

As far as I can remember there were four tree nurseries in the Forfar area, Meldrum's, W. Duff, Economic Forestry, and Arnott's nurseries.
