Exchange students at Dean Forester Training School – Parkend
The photograph is courtesy of Jim Millar, Banbury, who attended Benmore from 1952 – 1954.
The five students here are from a variety of Forester Training Schools but Jim has only recalled the name of Frank Cameron (second from left). However fourth from left with well studded boots may be Tom Macgregor who was at one time based in Lochaline (Fiunary Forest) and latterly at Morangie (Ardross). Ivan Toulmin-Rothe is a name also suggested for one of the other students but the year may not be correct for him.
Confirmation of the names and suggested names of the students would be very welcome plus the Forester Training Schools they attended.
