I am not sure when this booklet was first published but I remember receiving it about or shortly after 1970.

The author D T Patterson had a wry sense of humour as you will see when scanning through the whole booklet in the PDF. I do note that it is called Safety Series No1 and printed in or through 25 Savile Row, London(See large image).

Does anyone have information on this publication and the author?
