Sculpture at Tyrebagger Forest, Aberdeen – Sculpture trail - Teacher’s Pack 2001
The images are courtesy of Graham Hamilton, Black Isle, who was chair of the Tyrebagger Trust for around 10 years up until about 2004. Graham was Regional Director of Forest Enterprise North Scotland until his retirement in 1997.
The project Sculpture at Tyrebagger was supported by the Scottish Arts Council National Lottery Fund, Aberdeen City Council, Forest Enterprise, Aberdeen Countryside Project and Scottish Enterprise Grampian. It was managed and curated on behalf of The Tyrebagger Trust by the public art commissioning agency, Art in Partnership.
This comprehensive Teacher’s pack for the project s was produce about 2003 and features 13 sculptures and their creator artists. Forest Enterprise personnel mentioned are:

The project area included Elrick Hill, managed by Aberdeen City Council. The first sculptures were trialled in Tyrebagger in 1993/94 and further artwork was added in 1999 onwards bringing the total up to 20 sculptures.
