View of model Forest Nursery at Royal Highland Show
The images are courtesy of Michael Lawrence of Bankfoot whose grandfather, Sandy Rose, was Forester and Head Forester at Ledmore Forest Nursery from 1950 (when land was acquired) until his retirement in 1969.
An overview of the beautifully laid out model nursery at the Show complete with model buildings and machines. The year and location is unknown. Note the muddy condition of the walking routes!
The PDF shows three other views but may well be from very different show locations and years.
Any comments or information on the locations and construction of these displays would be very welcome.
