Sandy Rose with the model forest nursery at the Royal Highland Show
The images are courtesy of Michael Lawrence of Bankfoot whose grandfather, Sandy Rose, was Forester and Head Forester at Ledmore Forest Nursery from 1950 (when land was acquired) until his retirement in 1969.
Sandy Rose with cigarette appears to be watching for an imminent arrival whilst in among the crowd. It may be the same location and year as the previous image but again uncertain. The follow on image may pinpoint the year.
