Ponsse Timber Harvester working in clearfell
The image is from a photograph collection that was originally stored at Kincardine Forest District.
The image is a little distant to make out any real detail and uncertain if this is a Forest Enterprise, contractor’s or a trial machine. The year is a guesstimate. Is this a HS16 model?
Any suggestions welcome?

It looks like an HS15 with a Ponsse H60 harvesting head.
The first models were fitted with Valmet engines, the later models were fitted with Perkins engines where as the HS16's were fitted with Caterpillar engines.
