Hill ground accessible water tank and high pressure pump for fire suppression

A new looking piece of fire fighting kit constructed onto a Scot-Track Glencoe All Terrain Vehicle (ATV). The foot well at the rear of the machine has been redesigned as a holding tank for water. On top are fitted two pumps one of which may be used to fill the tank or for attaching the normal low pressure hoses. The other pump is designed for high pressure low volume spraying through special lances and nozzles which are very effective in dealing with many types of fire and smouldering tree stumps or peat. This particular machine has a short length of hose on a small hose reel.
The high level canvas funnel arrangement is to enable a helicopter to drop in refilling water from fire buckets straight into the ATV tank.

Can anyone confirm if this is Grampian Fire Service equipment and also identify the location?
