Andrew MacLarty’s disc mounder at work site
The image is from a photograph collection that was originally stored at Kincardine Forest District.
D6 tractor? and disc mounder belonging to Andrew MacLarty of Crieff is set up at as yet unknown site. The PDF shows another view of the site and the mounder creating a series of mounds up the grassy slope with the odd Scots pine and juniper bushes.
Can anyone identify the site, the tractor type and its driver?
Parts of the mounder look a bit like the very early Swedish Bracke or Donaren disc machines for cultivating felled sites.
See the images in the PDF and also in the next follow on records 5186 and 5187.

Looks like that house in the right background will lose its scenic view in time.
