Part of Glencoe Forest with a view
The images are courtesy of Peter Weir, Glencoe, who worked as Forestry Commission ploughing tractor driver for many years and then in general forestry work and one of the timber harvesting team.
Peter comments:
“The View of the Glen Is where the A82 road runs through the Valley of Glencoe. The Photo was taken from the lower half of Meall Mor around the same area of the photo I sent of the bogged machine. Nowadays there is a Forestry road up there and I would say it has the best view from any forestry road in Scotland. The Mountain with the snow on it is called Aonach Dubh.”
