New Access road at Dunalastair East

New access road under construction on Economic Forestry Group site at Dunalastair East near Tummel Bridge with the JCB 805B excavator taking on the heavy work.

John recalls that the contractor’s work was first class. He may have been called Sandy Findlater an owner operator from Lockerbie or Lochmaben and lived on site Monday to Friday in a very tidy caravan.

Can anyone confirm the name of this contractor who owned and operated this JCB 805B excavator?
