The really clear and exceptionally well taken image is courtesy of Joan Park, Perth, whose father, Hamish, was a forester at that time based in Glentrool Forest. The event took place in the Kirroughtree House Hotel in Newton Stewart.
It has been difficult to tie down the year of this event but believed to be about 1958-1964. Some of the people have been named but perhaps readers may be able to come up with names and work designation for some of the others.
