Donaren 280 Scarifier on Timberjack skidder working on site

A new looking scarifier with the paint colours still very fresh looking as indeed are those of the Timberjack which must have had a bit of a makeover.
There is no information on this outfit, date or this location – looks a bit like Scottish border or Galloway locations.
Any information would be very welcome.
